Individualized medical care

A Holistic Philosophy

I am a Naturopathic Physician working at Energy Health Clinic in Langford B.C. As a Naturopathic Physician, I have an appreciation for both traditional healing and conventional Western Medicine, allowing me to integrate both into an individualized therapeutic treatment plan.

I have a passion for treating chronic pain and sports injuries as I believe that movement and activity are fundamental to a healthy lifestyle. In addition, I treat many common health concerns including mood disturbances, weight loss, digestive issues, low energy, and stress or burn out. I have access to run standard lab tests through Life labs, food sensitivity testing, comprehensive hormone testing, genetic testing and more. These tests allow me to identify areas that need support to help you function optimally.

I also can provide nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and I am fully licenced to provide IV nutrient therapy, prolotherapy, acupuncture, and commonly prescribed medications. There are many ways Naturopathic Medicine can help get your health goals on track.

If you are interested in learning about how I can help you and how Naturopathic Medicine can enhance your life, I look forward to meeting you for a free 15 minute “Meet and Greet” so you can decide if this path is right for you.

Disclaimer: No treatments or health care advice will be provided during this meet and greet sessions.

 Areas of Interest

  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) Health

I believe that movement and activity is fundamental to a healthy lifestyle which is why I enjoy helping patients become free of pain and active once more. This area of medicine involves treating a variety of common conditions like ligamentous tears (sprains), muscular tension (strains), lower back pain, disc herniations, and arthritic conditions. If you’re living in pain today, there is hope for tomorrow.

  • Digestive Health

Your digestive tract is much more important than just being the place that breaks down food. Your digestive health plays an integral role in your immune system and allergies, mental and emotional health, hormonal health and more. Although I treat common digestive concerns like GERD, IBS, Crohn’s, Colitis, SIBO, dysbiosis, leaky gut, gallbladder disorders, and liver disease, I also tend to incorporate digestive health into a variety of other health conditions.

  • Cardiovascular Health

This is a major category that affects millions of men and women each year. Your cardiovascular system is critical in maintaining life and strongly influences quality of life. When treating and preventing cardiovascular disease we may also be treating blood sugar disorders, cholesterol, atherosclerosis, hypertension, stress, insomnia, smoking, kidney disease, heavy metal toxicity, digestive health, weight loss and more depending on the individual.

Holistic health care is heart health care.
